Ingredients :
Method:
- 2 lb fresh shrimps
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- small tomato
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2-3 blades escallion
- small sweet pepper
Method:
- Add butter to pan and sauté sliced seasonings in butter
- Add curry and Shrimps
- Season with salt & pepper
- Cook for 8 minutes.
- Serve hot with white rice.
